Membership
More than half of the membership of Mental Health Planning and Advisory Councils is consumers or clients of behavioral health services, persons in recovery, family members of consumers, or other interested persons.
Projects
The West Virginia Behavioral Health Planning Council is actively involved in the following projects: Leadership Academy – is a nationally recognized training program to enable people to take more responsibility in community planning and improvement.
